When we say "We," "Our," or "Us," we are referring to 7 Oceans — Pakistan's premier luxury lifestyle destination for imported perfumes, cosmetics, skincare, and other lifestyle products. At 7 Oceans, we are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and in a timely manner. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders across Pakistan.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all cities and regions across Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at info@7oceans.co before placing your order.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping rate applies uniformly to all orders delivered within Pakistan, irrespective of the delivery location, whether within the same city, between cities, or across provinces. Orders with a total value below Rs. 10,000 shall be subject to a flat shipping charge of Rs. 300. Orders meeting or exceeding a total value of Rs. 10,000 shall qualify for free shipping. All applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to the completion of any purchase.
Minimum Order
A minimum order value of Rs. 2,000 is required on all orders placed at 7 Oceans.
Courier Partner
All orders are dispatched through PostEx, one of Pakistan's leading courier services. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email which you can use to track your delivery directly on our website at 7oceans.co or through PostEx's tracking system.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by location. Orders delivered to major cities, including Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, are estimated to arrive within 3 to 5 business days, while orders delivered to other cities and regions across Pakistan are estimated to arrive within 5 to 8 business days. All delivery timelines are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. 7 Oceans shall not be held liable for any delays arising from the actions or omissions of the courier partner, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 — 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted and a dispatch notification once it has been handed over to PostEx.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly on our website at 7oceans.co/pages/order-tracking or through the PostEx website. Should you experience any issues with tracking your order, please contact us at info@7oceans.co and we will be happy to assist you.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful PostEx will make a second attempt to deliver your order. If delivery remains unsuccessful after two attempts your order may be returned to us. In this case please contact us at info@7oceans.co to arrange redelivery. Please note that redelivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Orders
We take great care in packaging every order before dispatch. However if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@7oceans.co with your order number and photos or videos of the damage where applicable. We will work with PostEx to investigate and resolve the matter as swiftly as possible.
