RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Overview

When we say "We," "Our," or "Us," we are referring to 7 Oceans — Pakistan's premier luxury lifestyle destination for imported perfumes, cosmetics, skincare, and other lifestyle products. At 7 Oceans, every product we curate is held to the highest standard of quality and authenticity. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unused and unopened
  • All original tags, seals, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
  • A return request must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products
  • Perfumes where the seal has been broken or the bottle has been opened
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on items that do not meet the conditions outlined in Section 2. If you have questions about whether your specific item is eligible for a return, please contact us at info@7oceans.co before sending anything back.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@7oceans.co with your order number, the item you wish to return, and your reason for the return
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions

Important: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part — such as a wrong or defective item — 7 Oceans will cover the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method as 7 Oceans is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

Damaged & Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and dispatching every order. However if you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately — within 24 hours of delivery — at info@7oceans.co with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the damage or defect
  • Photos and videos clearly showing the issue

Upon review, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you, depending on stock availability and your preference.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@7oceans.co with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange the correct item to be dispatched to you at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to stock availability. This includes exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrectly received items. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the return initiation process outlined in Section 4
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you are requesting an exchange and specify the item you would like in return
  3. Contact us at info@7oceans.co to confirm availability before sending your item back

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit at your preference.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@7oceans.co.

Store Credit

As an alternative to a refund, we are happy to offer store credit of equal value to your returned item. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be applied to any future purchase at 7oceans.co.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel your order, email us immediately at info@7oceans.co with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process outlined in this policy.
